Brighten a window with a handmade stained glass suncatcher created by Amber Dragons in Somerset.
Designed to catch and transform natural light, stained glass suncatchers bring colour into a room without requiring a permanent window installation. As sunlight changes throughout the day, textured and coloured glass produces different reflections, shadows and tones, giving each piece an ever-changing appearance.
Christine Saunders creates original suncatcher designs inspired by wildlife, nature, moonlit scenes, fantasy and decorative forms. Each piece is individually handcrafted, meaning subtle variations in glass colour and texture make every suncatcher distinctive.
Their smaller scale also makes stained glass suncatchers ideal as handmade gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, housewarmings and special occasions. They can be displayed in windows, conservatories and other areas where natural light can bring the glass to life.
Bespoke designs may also be commissioned where a particular subject, colour combination or personal idea is required.
